Refund Policy

Refunds
If iTell doesn't work with phones that meet the requirements (Android 13 or later, iOS 17 or later), ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by opening a support ticket. We refund to the original payment method where the provider allows; crypto payments are refunded in the same currency at the amount received.

After 14 days
Time-limited licenses are not refunded for unused time, except where the law requires it.
