Now in public beta

We built the thing we wanted in our own pockets.

iTell started with a very ordinary problem: two numbers, two phones, and a bag that kept buzzing. We wanted one phone in our hand, and we wanted it to be the iPhone.

The story so far

The first prototype was a Bluetooth link between an old Android phone and an iPhone on a desk, ringing each other over and over. It worked, barely.

Since then we've rebuilt it from the ground up: an encrypted link, real call audio, texts with their history, contacts, two SIMs, seven languages, and an iPhone app that feels like it belongs on the iPhone.

We're still a small team and we like it that way. We ship often, test on real phones, and read every message you send.

What we care about

Your data stays yours

We designed iTell so your calls and texts never reach us. Privacy you don't have to trust us on.

Honest about limits

Some phones only work listen-only, Bluetooth has a range, setup takes five minutes. We'd rather tell you up front.

Real phones, real calls

Every release is tested with live calls between phones in our lab, not just in a simulator.

Feels like the iPhone

System call screen, dark mode, Dynamic Type and gestures you already know.

Who's behind it

No call centre, no scripts. The people who reply to your ticket are the people who wrote the code and tested it on real phones.

Engineering

Bluetooth, audio and encryption. Lives in the lab with a drawer full of phones.

Design

Sweats the pixels in seven languages, right-to-left included.

Support

Reads every ticket and every log you choose to send.

The phone drawer

Phones we've tested with live two-way calls. We add more every month.
