Delete your account

In the apps
iPhone or Android app → Settings → Delete account, then enter your password.

On the website
Sign in → My account → Settings → Delete account.

What is deleted
Your email, phone number, password, sessions, roles and diagnostic logs are removed; your phones are signed out and released from your license. Orders are kept, unlinked from your email, as long as accounting law requires.

Can't sign in?
Email support@itellapp.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
