Terms of Service

iTell consists of an Android app, an iPhone app, this website and your account. A license lets one Android phone and one iPhone use the apps' paid features together.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account. One person per account; licenses are for your own use.

Lifetime licenses last as long as the service exists; time-limited licenses until their end date. You may move a license to a new phone a limited number of times per month; abuse, sharing or reselling may lead to suspension.

iTell needs an Android phone with Android 13 or later (the one holding the SIM) and an iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Older Android versions are not supported, because they don't let apps carry call audio. Please check your phones before buying.

iTell uses your own phones and your own SIM card. Calls and messages are charged by your carrier as usual. You must have the right to use the SIM card and the phones.

Don't use iTell for anything unlawful, to harass others, or to interfere with the service. See the Acceptable Use policy.

We work to keep iTell running but can't promise it will always be available or work with every phone model.

To the extent the law allows, iTell is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
