iTell lets you use the calls, text messages and contacts of your own Android phone on your own iPhone. The two phones talk to each other directly over Bluetooth, end-to-end encrypted. Calls, call audio, messages, call history and contacts travel only between your two phones and are never sent to us.

• Account: your email address, a password hash, your mobile number (entered by you; we do not verify it by SMS), your preferred language, and the country you signed up from (derived from your IP address).
• Licenses and orders: the plans you bought, amounts, payment status and the payment provider's reference. Card or wallet details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
• Devices: for each phone you sign in on, a device public key, model, operating system and app version, the time it was last seen and the country of its SIM card (Android only). This is used to bind your license to one Android phone and one iPhone.
• Support: the tickets you write, and diagnostic logs you choose to send from the apps. Logs are only sent when you press the send button, after you see what is included; phone numbers and message text are removed on your phone before sending. Logs are deleted after 30 days.
• Usage statistics (optional): if you turn it on in the apps, anonymous counters such as 'app opened' with no identifier attached.
• Website analytics: if enabled, the website may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity. In the EU, UK and Switzerland these load only after you agree.

The content of your calls, your messages, your contacts or your call history. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell personal data.

To run your account, deliver and check your license, process payments, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service working. Legal bases (where GDPR applies): contract, legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention) and consent (analytics, optional statistics).

Payment providers you choose (to take your payment), our hosting and email providers (to run the service), and authorities where the law requires it. Each is bound to protect the data.

Account data until you delete your account. Orders as long as accounting law requires. Diagnostic logs 30 days. Device records are anonymised when you delete your account.

You can see and change your data in your account, download it on request, and delete your account at any time in the website or in the apps (Settings → Delete account). You can contact us at support@itellapp.com. Where GDPR or CCPA applies, you also have the right to object, restrict processing, data portability and to complain to a supervisory authority.

iTell is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
